Well, so far, its a big improvement. The memory leak appears to have been fixed (or dramatically decreased), so that's been a big improvement. And the software runs much faster.
The downside is I lost an extension or two in the switch, but a friend at work has pointed me towards some replacements.
According to an AP article, real life members of Britain's MI6 spy agency aren't exactly what they would seem in the 007 films - surprise!
While some of it may be relatively true (eg. "Q" scientists making gadgets), things like the "license to kill" are said to be a myth. Well, that takes the fun out of it, doesn't it?
But are the martinis shaken, not stirred? And what about those women and their wild names?
I may go check out the new Bond film. I wasn't much of a Brosnan fan in the films, and Daniel Craig looks like he will probably be a different style of Bond (a good thing). He's reportedly the best Bond since Connery - I must say that I always enjoyed Roger Moore in the films. Shouldn't everyone have their own style on the role?
The past few months have been extremely busy it seems. Its hard to find where the time has gone - work's been exremely busy, been doing some gigs, and all of a sudden, my "to-do" pile has grown quite high.
